a. Consider request from Bryan Richardson of Pike County American Legion, Post 197 to use the courthouse grounds (south side) for the 2018 Pike County Veterans Day Observance Program, Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m.
b. Approve/deny SUB-17-03, Flanders Farm & Timber, LLC, property owner, and Frankie Flanders, applicant are requesting final plat approval for the remaining 4 tract of land. The previous 3 tracts were approved by the Board previously. Property location is frontage off of Blanton Mill road, Dunbar School Road, Huff Creek Road, Scott Road and Hancock Road. Land Lots 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140 and 141; District 1 Tax Map Parcels 023 001, 023 015, 036 009A and 037 016.
c. Approve/deny SUB-18-04, Ray Joel Byrom, Jr., owner and applicant are requesting preliminary and final plat approval to subdivide the subject property into a six (6) lot residential subdivision. The property division request consists of creating lots fronting both Rose Hill Road and Campbell Road. The parent track is zoned A-R(Agricultural-Residential), with approximately 1050 feet of total frontage along the northern side of Rose Hill Road and approximately 1233 feet of total frontage along the eastern side of Campbell Road. The subject property is located in Land Lot 236 of the 8th Land District of Pike County, Georgia. The parent tract is further identified as Tax Map Parcel Number 071 041.
d. Approve/deny SUB-18-06, Paul and Amy Faulds are requesting preliminary and final plat approvals for two tracts. One has 5.00 acres and the other has 9.75 acres.
e. Approve/deny SUB-18-07, Steve Godwin, applicant/owner and Johnny Bertram, owner are requesting A-R Major Subdivision concurrent preliminary and final plat approval for 423 Chapman Rd, Zebulon, Georgia, Parcel 079 005, Land Lot 195: Corner of Hwy 18 E and Chapman Road.
