BREAKING NEWS: Inmate Escapes Pike County Jail
UPDATE: Captured and Returned to Jail

ZEBULON - Inmate Adrian Oliver escaped from the Pike County Jail this afternoon. Inmate Oliver was in jail for theft by receiving stolen property.

He was last seen running northbound from the jail. He is not from the Pike County area and is believed to be making his way out of Pike County.

Deputies and investigators are working to track him down.

Anyone with information on Oliver’s location can contact 770-567-8431. Callers can remain anonymous.

UPATED 6:43: Inmate Oliver is in custody. He was captured by deputies off of Reidsboro road walking on a gas pipe line.

He was found wearing inmate pants, a white t-shirt, and jail shoes.

Inmate Adrian Oliver will be charged with escape in addition to his current charges.
