THOMASTON - Billy D’s Community Fitness, Inc. has opened the studio at 106 N. Green Street in Thomaston. A variety of classes are offered for all ages!
Classes include Karate for all ages, Kickboxing, Female Self Defense, Step Aerobics, and Personal Training. There are special classes for Senior Citizens! And Billy D is now accepting 3 and 4 year old students in karate classes as well.
The Instructor is Mr. Willie 'Billy D' McDowell. Billy D is a 7th Degree Grand Master Black Belt and is a three time Grand Champion. He has been involved in martial arts for 45 years and has been instructing the Tang-soo-do style for over 35 years.
Billy D is a certified kick-boxing instructor, aerobics instructor and personal trainer.
