Today's meeting is in lieu of next week’s meeting.
Motion to approve the minutes.
Old Business.
Intergovernmental agreement between IDA, Zebulon, and Pike County. Working with Kevin Brown on this. Joe Walter had a concern but that was presented originally, but he was advised that this has been addressed. [Note from the Editor: This is on the 238 acres ($3 million property) behind the bus barn.]
New Business
A local company is looking at a plat at the Business Park. McNair, Sydney Lee, the Pallet Company, and Southern Ready Mix are all working on their lots in the business park too.

The auditor has asked the question about bank affiliation, etc. for disclosure so it can be included in audit information.
Motion to extend the job to candidate A and make the hire. Approved. [Note from the Editor: As soon as this offer is accepted, the IDA will send out a press release on it.]
Motion to present the new intergovernmental agreement to the county for review. Approved.
