ZEBULON - Major Jason Smith of Zebulon Police Department advised that Steve and Susan Johnson of Concord Street in Zebulon were arrested on Wednesday after Zebulon Police Department executed a search warrant on their residence that resulted in charges of rape, aggravated sexual battery, sodomy, false imprisonment, obstruction of law enforcement officer, and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
Zebulon Police Department received a complaint from a teenage girl in reference to the allegations above and conducted the search to look for evidence in reference to the complaint.
Steve and Susan Johnson were arrested and taken to the Pike County Jail.
