ZEBULON - County Clerk Angela Blount is the District 4 Director of the Georgia County Clerk Association. District 4 counties include: Butts, Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Lamar, Meriweather, Pike, Spalding, Troup and Upson.

Angela was hired as County Clerk in 2019 in Pike County. She continued to advance her expertise by becoming a Georgia Certified Clerk in 2022 and completing the Masters Education Management Development Program in 2025.

Angela is an active contributor to the growth and excellence of her profession. She currently serves on the Hospitality Committee, the Clerk of the Year Committee, and the Education Committee.

Most recently, Angela was elected Treasurer of the Georgia County Clerks Association Officers, a role that reflects the trust and respect she has earned among her peers. Her ongoing service demonstrates her passion for effective local government and her dedication to supporting clerks across Georgia.
