ZEBULON - September 1, 2016 was a big day for Pike County. Trans-Radial Pictures came to Zebulon to film courthouse scenes for "Logan Lucky."
Channing Tatum and Adam Driver were seen entering the courthouse, and Hillary Swank was seen at the food court set up under tents at the Feed and Seed store just south of the square.
Most of the major shots were filmed in the courtroom upstairs with one shot being filmed on the steps of the courthouse. IMDB.com (see link below) says that this a movie about brothers who attempt to a heist during a North Carolina NASCAR race.
Filming has been ongoing in surrounding counties with some shots being filmed in Griffin and more in Hampton tonight.
