ZEBULON - The Pike County Grand Jury met for the September Term on September 15, 2026 with the Honorable Benjamin D. Coker Presiding. The results of the Grand Jury are presented below.
The Grand Jury hears the evidence presented by the prosecution and either chooses to allow the prosecutor to move forward to trial or notifies the prosecution that there is not enough evidence to proceed at this time.
A true bill means that the prosecutor can proceed to trial.
A no bill means that the prosecutor will not be moving forward to trial at this time.
