ZEBULON - December 1, 2023: Households where all members are 65 years of age or older -or- homebound households may contact the scheduling system listed below for an appointment beginning on December 1, 2023 starting at 12:00 pm NOON until all appointments have been filled.

All other income eligible households may contact the scheduling system listed below to schedule an appointment on a January 2, 2024 if funds permit starting at 12:00 pm NOON until all appointments have been filled. 478-654-0101 or 770-628-1021 or go online to mgcaa.itfrontdesk.com. To be eligible for assistance, households must have an income at or below the state median income level which amounts to:

$29,713 One-person household
$38,856 Two-person household
$47,999 Three-person household
$57,142 Four-person household
$66,284 Five-person household
$75,427 Six-person household
$77,141 Seven-person household
$78,855 Eight-person household

A minimum of the following items will be required to verify eligibility for assistance:

* Verification of all household income for every person living in the home for the past 30 days. PLEASE BRING ALL DOCUMENTION BECAUSE WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO OBTAIN INFORMATION FOR YOU.
*Social Security Cards for every person living in the household
*ID – Driver’s License for everyone over the age of 18 in household (Names on ID and Social Security card must match) Documentation of a birth certificate or marriage license may be required to show the name difference.
*Recent heating bill with the service address and account number printed on it
*Recent electric bill with the service address and account number printed on it
