Get Into the Christmas Spirit at the Annual Lighting of Concord - Friday, December 4

CONCORD - City of Concord invites you to the annual Lighting of Concord on Friday, December 4. Festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Gather around crackling fireboxes with friends old and new, enjoy pony rides for the children or eat tasty food offered by Pike County High School Pirate Regiment (marching band). And sing along with live entertainment!

Santa arrives early this year with visits by appointment only beginning at noon and ending at 8 pm. Visits with Santa are available by appointment only by clicking here. While there is no fee to visit Santa, you do need an appointment. [Note from the Editor: Slots were full earlier today, but keep an eye on it to see if any open up!]

You only need one slot per child/family. If you have reserved more than one slot per group please adjust your reservation. Santa’s photographer will be on site to capture that special moment with your child! In order to be courteous to all Santa’s visitors and keep things flowing, pictures with Santa will be limited to the professional photographers options of 1) a digital photo (email) for $15 or 2) a maximum of 2 photos taken by our photographer with your device. Appointments are limited so please make sure to reserve your slot as soon as possible.

We ask for your patience as we work around the challenges of hosting our annual event. We look forward to seeing you on December 4!

Thanks to all who came out to be a part of the festivities! These are pictures from this year's event.
