Moody-Daniel Funeral Home Assisting with Operation Toy Soldier
Deadline Is Close of Business on Monday, December 16

ZEBULON - Moody-Daniel Funeral Home in Zebulon is celebrating their fourth year participating in “Operation Toy Soldier.” This is a not for profit program that collects toys and gives back to the local community’s service men and women and their families. As a partner of Veterans Funeral Care, Moody-Daniel Funeral Home supports Veterans and their families in any way possible to thank them for their service.

Christmas time is about giving to others, and this is an opportunity to put smiles on local children’s faces. Terrell Moody, one of Funeral Directors of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home, whose father served in Europe in WWII pointed out that this toy drive is different than others because this program is collecting donations for families in our community.

Again this year, the toys collected at the many donation center locations will be given exclusively to families of soldiers from the Georgia National Guard Armory in Griffin. The toys will be delivered before Christmas.

Boxes decorated with toy soldiers and camouflage are at Moody-Daniel Funeral Home here in Zebulon as well as other locations in Pike, Griffin, Fayetteville, and McDonough including Georgia Cremation, Chick-fil-A on Taylor Street, Motor Max, Waypoint Veterans Center, Truett’s Luau, Rasmussen Chiropractic, Family Health Clinic of Zebulon, and Family Healthy Clinic.

Moody-Daniel Funeral Home invites you to donate new, unwrapped toys to this great cause. Moody-Daniel Funeral Home appreciates all support and donations to this campaign. The final day for donations is Monday, December 16.
