Veterans Day Celebration at the Peachstate Aerodrome
WILLIAMSON - The 9th Annual Veteran's Day Celebration was held at Peachstate Aerodrome on November 7, 2015. The event was held indoors due to the possibility of inclement weather.

Ron Alexander introducing the Speaker Jack McCormick -Who is a highly Decorated Vietnam Helicopter Pilot. He was awarded the Bronze Star medal, The Distinguished Flying Cross and 42 Air Medals flying the Huey AH-1, He went into the service in 1969 served in the Vietnam War in 1970 and 1971. He flew 1204 hours in combat. When he came out of the service he flew for Delta Airlines and retired in 2004. He talked about many of his interesting adventures while flying in combat in Vietnam.
