MOLENA - On Tuesday, April 14, 2026 around 6:55 a.m. a semi-truck and trailer overturned on Hwy 109 West in the area of Roberts Quarters and Wallie Road.

Officers responded and found the truck on its side. The driver had no report of injury.

The driver told deputies that the truck went off the shoulder of the road, and when he tried to correct, it went over on its side. No other vehicles were involved.

The Traffic Unit worked the scene as the truck was towed from the scene.

The truck was going westbound on Hwy 109 West as part of its route from Savannah to Atlanta. The driver and truck were from Maryland.
