BREAKING NEWS: General Election - November 5, 2024;
Early Voting Begins - October 15 - November 1; Saturday Votes - October 19 and 26.

ZEBULON - Pike County Voters will have the opportunity to speak their minds at the ballot box on local, state, and federal election races in the November 5, 2024 General Election.

Advance/ Early Voting in Person will begin on Tuesday, October 15 and run until the Friday before Election Day which is November 1. Advance/Early Voting in Person will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

There will be two Saturday election voting days held on October 19 and 26. Saturday Advance/Early Voting in person will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

October 25 will be the last day to request an Absentee by Mail Ballot Application.

There will be a link to candidate information pages in each section detailing who is running. Candidates were asked to give a 500 word or less statement as to why they are running and are the best person for the job. Pike County Times specifically advised all candidates that statements talking about their opponents would not be allowed.

Voters should be able to gain knowledge on the qualifications of candidates from each candidate's biography and experiences which have been sent here in order to look more knowledge or cast a knowledgeable vote in the November Election.

SHERIFF (Republican)

Two candidates have qualified to run for Sheriff in the November Election.

Jimmy Thomas, Republican (Incumbent) and Jamal Willis, Independent (Challenger) will be on the ballot.

UNITED STATES REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT 3

Brian Jack (Republican) and Maura Keller (Democrat) will be on the ballot.

Marty Harbin, Republican (Incumbent) and Amili Blake (Democrat) will be on the ballot.

Voting Precincts

All early voting will take place in Zebulon at the Voter Registrar's Office located at: 81 Jackson Street, Zebulon Georgia 30295. This will include two Saturday voting days listed in the closing below.

There are 8 Voting Precincts in Pike County: Concord, Hollonville, Lifsey Springs, Meansville, Molena, Second District, Williamson, and Zebulon.

Concord - 23 Society St, Concord, GA
Hollonville - 4056 Concord Rd, Concord, GA
Lifsey Springs - 8033 Georgia 109, Molena, GA
Meansville - 41 Means Street, Meansville, GA
Molena - 89 Depot Street, Molena, GA
Second District - 1585 Gresham Road, Zebulon, GA
Williamson - 56 Patton St, Williamson, GA
Zebulon - 7362 U.S. 19, Zebulon, GA **This is back at the school auditorium because renovations are complete.**

Absentee By Mail Voting

The Pike County Board of Elections and Voter Registration is currently accepting applications to request an Absentee by Mail ballot for the November Election. Requests must be on a state approved form, which you can find at mvp.sos.ga.gov/s/

Print the form, complete and sign. Voters can also pick up a copy at this office or call 770-567-2003 and they can send you a copy. Once you are done, you can mail or drop off your application at the Board of Elections and Voter Registration office located at: 81 Jackson Street, Zebulon Georgia 30295.

The deadline to request an Absentee Ballot by Mail for the November Election is Octoer 25, 2024 by 5 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline to have your voted Absentee Ballot (ABM) ballot back to the Registrar's Office is when the polls close at 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
